Meet The Owners
About Us
Patrick Brady, owner of Brady Mechanical, grew up in Pepperell, Massachusetts and has spent his career working in plumbing, heating, cooling, and home service.
Patrick first found his passion for the plumbing and HVAC industry while attending Nashoba Valley Technical High School. He began working in the trade through a co op program, gaining hands on experience in new construction plumbing. After earning his plumbing license in 2009, Patrick continued into the HVAC field, where he developed a strong passion for helping homeowners solve problems and feel comfortable in their homes.
Over the years, Patrick continued to build his knowledge through classroom training, field experience, and industry certifications. He earned his sheet metal license, EPA certification, and oil burner technician certification while always looking for ways to better serve customers and improve his work.
Patrick later worked for a larger home service company, where he received advanced training in customer service, technical service, and leadership. During that time, he became one of the company’s top mentors and took pride in helping younger technicians and apprentices grow into confident lead technicians.
After many years in the industry, Patrick decided he wanted to bring his experience back to his own hometown and the surrounding communities. Brady Mechanical was started with a simple purpose: to help local homeowners with honest answers, dependable service, and practical solutions for their heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.
For Patrick, the goal is not just to sell a service. It is to listen, understand the problem, explain the options clearly, and help customers make the best decision for their home.
